El Coqueto
Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy
Effective Date: 3/24/26
Last Updated: 3/24/26
El Coqueto is an AI‑powered social companion app committed to the highest standards of user safety. This document outlines our Child Safety Standards and our zero‑tolerance approach to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), in alignment with applicable laws and Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.
Although El Coqueto is primarily intended for adults, children may still come into contact with our app indirectly (for example, through shared devices). We are committed to ensuring that our product does not contribute to the endangerment of minors in any way.
1. Scope & Application
This Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy applies to:
All users of El Coqueto, regardless of age, location, or account status.iubenda+1

2. Zero‑Tolerance Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account restriction and, where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities:

Sexual comments, fetishes, fantasies, or role‑plays involving minors, or characters that are presented as or reasonably appear to be minors.Grooming and Predatory Behavior
Any attempt to befriend, manipulate, or coerce a minor for sexual purposes, including flattery, gift‑giving, secret‑keeping, or attempts to move interactions to private channels outside the app.Solicitation or Exchange of Sexual Content Involving Minors
Requesting, offering, trading, or sharing images, videos, or other sexual content involving a minor or someone represented as a minor.Facilitation of Trafficking or Exploitation of Children
Any content or behavior that promotes, facilitates, or normalizes trafficking, exploitation, extortion, or abuse of minors.Circumventing Age Controls or Child‑Protection Systems
Any attempt to bypass age‑gating, parental controls, or other safeguards that prevent children from accessing adult‑oriented content or services.
We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe pose a risk of harm to children, even if the behavior does not fit neatly into the above categories.
3. Protective Measures & Safeguards
Even though El Coqueto does not offer user‑to‑user chat or matchmaking, we apply multiple layers of safeguards to prevent CSAE and child endangerment.
3.1 Age Positioning & Target Audience
El Coqueto is clearly described and configured as an app intended for adults in Google Play’s Target Audience & Content settings and content rating declarations.
Our store listing, branding, and in‑app design avoid themes or visuals primarily appealing to children.
3.2 Content Controls for AI Outputs
Our AI systems and prompts are configured to refuse generating CSAM, sexual content involving minors, or grooming‑related content.
We implement filters to detect and block attempts to request CSAE‑related content or to use the app in ways that might endanger
3.3 Moderation & Review
Where interactions are logged or flagged, we use human moderation supported by automated tools to identify potential CSAE or child‑endangerment patterns, subject to applicable privacy and data‑protection laws.
Confirmed violations lead to content removal (where technically applicable) and account action as described in this policy.
3.4 Account Actions
Accounts found violating this policy may be subject to:
Immediate suspension or permanent ban.
Feature or access restrictions.
Law‑enforcement referrals where required or appropriate.
3.5 Data Retention for Investigations
For confirmed or suspected CSAE cases, we may preserve relevant data for a limited time as required by law to cooperate with law‑enforcement investigations and to prevent re‑abuse, in line with our Privacy Policy and data‑protection obligations.
4. Reporting Obligations & Procedures
When we receive a credible report or otherwise become aware of potential CSAE involving our platform:
4.1 Immediate Platform Action
Any related content under our control is blocked or removed where technically possible.
Any implicated accounts may be suspended pending further review.
4.2 Legal Reporting
Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable, or to other designated authorities under local law.
We comply with region‑specific reporting requirements where local law mandates notifications to law‑enforcement or child‑protection agencies.
4.3 Cooperation With Law‑Enforcement
We cooperate with law‑enforcement and child‑protection authorities, including by preserving relevant records as required by law and sharing information in response to valid legal processes.
