1. About BringItUp

BringItUp offers AI-assisted conversations, personal reflection, habit tracking, and guided exercises for general wellbeing. Features may change as the app develops.

2. Who may use the app

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use BringItUp. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and can enter into these terms. Sign-in is required; user accounts are handled through Supabase.

3. AI and wellbeing information

You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human therapist. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your judgment before relying on them.

BringItUp does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or professional mental health advice. It is not an emergency service, and conversations are not monitored for emergencies. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support service. Do not delay professional care because of content in the app.

4. Your responsibilities

Use the app lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access restrictions, or use it to harm or harass others. Do not submit content you are not entitled to share.

Keep your account access details secure and provide accurate sign-in information. Contact italo@repeakmedia.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You permit Repeak Media LLC to process that content to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your personal content to us.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid access to BringItUp is offered through subscriptions. The price, billing period, renewal conditions, and any trial terms displayed at checkout apply. An automatically renewing subscription continues until you cancel under the conditions disclosed at purchase.

Manage cancellation through the billing provider or app marketplace where you subscribed. For Apple purchases, use your Apple account’s subscription settings and Apple’s refund process. Deleting the app or your account does not by itself cancel a subscription. Applicable consumer rights and refund rights remain unaffected.

7. App license and ownership

The app’s software, branding, and original materials belong to Repeak Media LLC or its licensors. You may use the app for your personal, lawful purposes subject to these terms and applicable marketplace rules. Rights you have under mandatory law or open-source licenses are not restricted by these terms.

For the iOS app, Apple’s applicable license terms also apply. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

8. Availability and ending use

We work to keep the app available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free responses. Features may be updated or discontinued. Where required by law, we will provide notice and applicable remedies for changes to paid services.

You may stop using the app and delete your account through the in-app account-deletion option. For stored-content deletion questions, contact italo@repeakmedia.com. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through the billing provider.

9. Legal protections

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided as available without a guarantee that it will meet every individual need or produce particular wellbeing outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

10. Changes and contact
