What should we budget for event coverage?
Your quote starts with the event you’re planning: the schedule, crew, location, and what you want to walk away with. A set of event photos? A highlight film? Speaker clips your guests can share? Send us the date, location, and a rough idea—even if that’s all you have. We’ll help you figure out the coverage and give you a clear quote.
Can you capture the full talks and panels?
Absolutely. Good conversations deserve a life beyond the room. Tell us which sessions matter, and we’ll plan the cameras and sound around them. We’ll coordinate with you on the venue setup, schedule, and speaker permissions before the day.
Can we get clips for Instagram and other social channels?
Yes—and let’s think about what people will actually want to share. A speaker’s useful advice. A funny moment. A guest explaining why they came. We’ll plan for those moments and vertical framing before we film, then agree on the clips, captions, and formats you need.
How soon can we share something?
We get it: people are still talking about the event, and you want to keep that energy going. If an early teaser matters, bring it up when we’re planning. We’ll work out what’s possible and agree on delivery dates before the event, including the timeline for your edited photos, main film, or other edits.
Can we book photography, videography, or both?
All three options are on the table. You might want photographs to celebrate your guests and sponsors, a film to bring people into the experience, or both working together. Tell us how you want to use the content, and we’ll recommend the crew and coverage to make it happen.
Do you travel for events?
We’re based in Hawaiʻi, but we’re happy to talk about wherever you’re bringing people together. Send us the island or city and your venue. We’ll check the dates and work through travel with you, with any travel costs clear in the proposal.
