When you get in touch

We collect the details you send through our inquiry forms, including your name, email, message, and any event or project details you choose to include. We use them to respond, discuss your project, and manage our communication with you. Our website hosting, form storage, and email delivery providers process information to support that work. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Website and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand website visits and measure inquiries from advertising. Google tags can use cookies and browser information to measure activity. We send a lead event when an inquiry is successfully saved; the event does not include the name, email, or message entered in the form. Event inquiries may also include campaign identifiers so we can understand how someone found us. Campaign details are kept in your browser’s session storage and can be included with your inquiry.

Our tags disable advertising personalization signals. You can manage cookies in your browser. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tool.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe, we use your email to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails.

Embedded films

Our event page loads its Vimeo film player when you choose to play a film. Vimeo may process browser information and use cookies when the player loads. See Vimeo’s privacy information.
