Repeak Media operates AscendOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Information We Collect
Account details: your name and email address when you sign up.
User content: photos submitted through Photo AI, and messages sent through AI Coach and Replies features.
Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, and session information.
Payment info: handled by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not store payment card details.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver AscendOS features including AI coaching, conversation replies, photo enhancement, and profile analysis. We also use it to manage your account and subscription, and to send service-related communications.
Third-Party Services
AscendOS uses the following services, each operating under its own privacy policy:
Supabase — authentication and data storage
RevenueCat — subscription management
Anthropic — AI Coach and Replies
OpenAI — Photo AI enhancement
Data Security and Retention
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. We retain your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings at any time, which permanently removes your data.
Children
AscendOS is not intended for anyone under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of AscendOS after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
