By downloading or using AscendOS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Subscriptions
AscendOS Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription:
Weekly: $4.99 per week, billed weekly
Annual: $39.99 per year, billed annually
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
Free Trials
Free trials, when offered, are forfeited upon purchase of a subscription. Any unused portion is not refundable.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly per their standard refund policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AscendOS for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or circumvent subscription restrictions of the app.
AI Content Disclaimer
AscendOS uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching advice, conversation suggestions, and photo enhancements. AI-generated content is for self-improvement and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional, medical, relationship, or legal advice.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of AscendOS are owned by Repeak Media and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AscendOS for violations of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
AscendOS is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. Repeak Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AscendOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
